Is it appropriate to facebook a date?
Love that question. I would say, bottom line: No. Of course maybe there are exceptions to the rule but I think it’s a pretty bad idea most of the time. I will try to give a fuller answer in a blog post. Thanks for the question!
Yishai, did you see I wrote a blog post based on your question? http://habitza.com/2010/07/16/facebooking-a-date/ We also changed the poll into your question since we’re very curious to hear what other people think about this. Thanks for the idea!
I suggest you do an article on the role of dating websites (such as Saw You at Sinai) when the relationship goes south. Such as they set a couple up, they date for several months and one of them breaks up with the other. The website claims to have a role in helping these two find love. What about helping them find healing?
how did you come up with tis idea for a website?
Rachel, both Vera and I felt we have a lot to say about dating and we thought it’s important that the issues around dating are discussed so we decided to create a space on the internet for all of that to happen.
